• Our school day is 9 am to 12 pm. We offer an optional Lunch Bunch that extends the day to 1 pm. Please note that Lunch Bunch is a monthly option and is part of tuition. We do not allow drop ins.
• The school day for the New Philly Fives class is 9 am – 1 pm. Tuition reflects the extra hour.
• Tuition is based on our school calendar and is divided into nine equal payments. Tuition is not based on the number of days in a month.
• Tuition for September 2023 is due on June 1 (or at registration time if applying over the summer). September tuition is refundable only if the space can be filled. Starting in October, tuition is billed for the current month.
• Every child, including returning students, are required to have an up to date health form, vaccination record, and action plan (if applicable) on file at the beginning of the school year. Forms are due in our office no later than Monday, September 25. The form is available in the preschool office and our website, and it will be emailed to families before the start of school.
• Class assignments and school calendars are emailed out to families in mid-August.
• Please make sure you read over the Financial Policies page of our application and understand how our policies work. Please contact the office with questions.
• Children not staying for Lunch Bunch should be picked up by 12:10, and those attending Lunch Bunch should be picked up no later than 1 pm. Please note that state regulations forbid us from keeping children more than 4 hours a day. We appreciate your help with this.
• We offer a $10 monthly discount for the tuition of a younger sibling.
• There is a $25 referral discount for those you refer and also enroll.
